2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
2.1. The Member must be of legal age or have the permission of his/her legal representative to register on www.ubfencoder.com. The Member agrees that all information provided while registering is accurate, complete and up to date.
2.2. After the membership process is completed, a personal user account is allocated to the Member. The Member is responsible for keeping his/her account information confidential. The Product and Service Provider is not responsible for any damages that may arise in case of unauthorized use of the account.
3. SERVICES AND MEMBERSHIP TYPES

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.2. 5. DURATION AND CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
5.1. Membership is valid for the period during which the Member accesses the products and services by making payment or without the products and services purchased.
5.2. The Member may cancel his/her membership at any time. However, no refund will be made for products and services purchased, actively used or not used in canceled memberships. Cancellation of membership will also terminate the use of products and services that have already been purchased and are also in active use.
5.3. The Product and Service Provider has the right to unilaterally terminate the membership if the Member acts in violation of this Agreement.
6. USE OF THE SERVICE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. The Member may benefit from the products and services offered on www.ubfencoder.com only for personal or corporate use. The Member may not use the products and services for commercial purposes or by sharing them with third parties.
6.2. The member accepts that the Product and Service Provider cannot be held responsible for illegal, inappropriate, obscene, disturbing content that may arise due to the member's use of the product regarding the use of the products and services offered on www.ubfencoder.com. Apart from these, the Product and Service Provider has the right to apply the necessary legal and administrative measures as a result of violations and damages that may arise if the member produces and disseminates illegal, inappropriate, obscene, disturbing articles and content about the www.ubfencoder.com website, brand value and the products and services offered.
6.3. The Product and Service Provider undertakes to provide the technical infrastructure necessary for the continuous and uninterrupted provision of products and services. However, it cannot be held responsible for service interruptions that may occur due to problems in the internet infrastructure, maintenance work or force majeure.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1. All software, content, designs, logos and other materials presented on www.ubfencoder.com belong to the Product and Service Provider. The Member shall not copy, distribute, modify or share these contents with third parties without authorization.
7.2. The Member accepts all legal liabilities that may arise in case the Product and Service Provider infringes intellectual property rights.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
8.1. The personal information provided by the Member through the www.ubfencoder.com platform will be processed within the framework of the Privacy Policy. The Product and Service Provider protects the personal data of the Member in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the relevant legislation.
8.2. The Member agrees that he/she has been informed by the Product and Service Provider about the data processing activities and that his/her personal data will be processed accordingly.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. Extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, war, terrorist incidents, strikes, failures in communication infrastructure, etc.) that develop against the will of the parties and make it impossible for the parties to fulfill their obligations arising from this Agreement are considered force majeure.
9.2. In the event that the parties cannot fulfill their obligations due to force majeure, the parties cannot claim compensation from each other.
10. MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT
10.1. The Product and Service Provider has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. Amendments to the Agreement shall be effective from the date of publication on www.ubfencoder.com.
10.2. The Member is obliged to follow the changes. If the Member does not accept the changes made in the Agreement, he/she has the right to cancel his/her membership.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1. In any dispute arising from this Agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply and Sakarya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized.
12. EFFECTIVE AND ACCEPTANCE
12.1. While registering to www.ubfencoder.com, the Member declares that he / she has read, understood and accepted this Membership Agreement.
12.2. This Agreement enters into force upon the Member's completion of the membership process.
